You may withdraw consent at any time (e.g., disconnect Apple Health). This may reduce feature functionality.
7) How we share your data
We share data only as needed to run the Services.
A) Service providers (processors)
We use trusted third parties to host, operate, analyze, and support the Services. They process data on our behalf under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.
Vendors we use (explicit disclosure):
- Vercel – used to host and deliver parts of our Services (e.g., web infrastructure / APIs / deployment).

- Analytics (understanding app usage and improving features)
- Crash reporting & performance monitoring (diagnostics and reliability)
- Cloud Messaging (push notifications), if you enable notifications
- ChatGPT (AI features) – used for certain AI-powered functionality (e.g., summarizing inputs, generating structured outputs). If you use AI features, some of the content you submit to those features may be processed by our AI provider to generate outputs.

- We share only what is reasonably necessary to deliver the feature you use.
