1) Agreement to these Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the T Reset application and related services (the Services). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2) Not medical advice / no doctor‑patient relationship
Important: The Services provide educational content and self‑management tools. They do not:
- provide medical advice,
- diagnose or treat any condition,
- replace professional medical evaluation or care, or
- create a doctor‑patient relationship.
If you have symptoms, concerns, or abnormal lab results, consult a qualified clinician. In an emergency, contact your local emergency number.
3) Eligibility
You must be legally able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Services. If you are under the age of majority, you may only use the Services with a parent/guardian where permitted by law.
4) Your account and responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and use the Services lawfully. You are responsible for activity under your account.
5) Subscriptions, billing, and trials
If the Services include paid subscriptions:
- pricing and billing terms are shown at purchase
- subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled through Apple App Store or Google Play settings
- refunds are subject to platform policies unless required by law
6) Acceptable use and prohibited conduct
You agree not to misuse the Services, bypass security, reverse engineer, scrape, upload malware, or use the Services to impersonate medical professionals or provide medical services.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
7) User content
If you upload content (e.g., notes, check‑ins, lab files):
- you retain ownership of your content
- you grant Seenu a limited license to host and process it only to provide the Services
- you represent you have rights to upload it and it does not violate laws/rights of others
8) Cloud storage
You understand that the Services store and process your account and app data in the cloud to enable cross‑device sync and reliable operation.
9) AI features (ChatGPT)
Some features may use AI to generate summaries, recommendations, or structured outputs.
You understand:
- AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not appropriate for your situation.
- AI outputs are for informational purposes only and are not medical advice.
- You are responsible for decisions you make using AI outputs and should consult a clinician for medical concerns.
10) Third‑party services (Vercel, Firebase, and integrations)
The Services rely on third‑party infrastructure and tools, which may include:
- Vercel (hosting and service delivery)
- Firebase (Google) (analytics, crash/performance monitoring, and notifications if enabled)
- optional integrations you enable (e.g., Apple Health, Google Fit, calendars)
Your use of third‑party services is governed by their terms and policies. We are not responsible for third‑party services.
11) Health and safety warnings (user responsibility)
Lifestyle changes (exercise, diet changes, supplements) can carry risks. You agree to consult a clinician before major changes if you have conditions, injuries, symptoms, or take medications; stop activities causing concerning symptoms; and follow safety warnings presented in the app.
12) Intellectual property
The Services (software, designs, content) are owned by Seenu or its licensors. You receive a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license for personal, non‑commercial use.
13) Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
- We do not guarantee error‑free operation or outcomes (including testosterone or lab changes).
- Study references and estimates are informational and may not reflect your individual results.
14) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seenu is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits/data.
Where liability cannot be excluded, liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim (or the minimum allowed by law).
15) Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Seenu harmless from claims arising from misuse of the Services, violations of these Terms, or violations of law/third‑party rights.
16) Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Services/users or comply with law.
17) Changes to the Services or Terms
We may modify the Services or these Terms. Material changes will be notified reasonably (in‑app notice or email). Continued use means acceptance.
18) Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Singapore law. Singapore courts have exclusive jurisdiction, except where local consumer protection laws require otherwise.
